Rose Creek is a real course (at least it will be, it is presently under
construction). It is a municipal course.  Since the course isn't finished
most of the design is my own doing. I used the promotional materials for
the course routing (somewhat) and general placement of traps and water.
The elevations are strictly speculative.  The mounding on most of the front
nine is a hold over from when I started this course in JNUG. However, I
decided to wait until SE to finish it and left the mounding in. The back
nine was all constructed in SE with the exception of 17 which was the first 
hole I did.
