Well, it is time to say again that I have created this file for people 
that have requested it.  It comes from the Better Homes & Gardens "Micorwave 
Cooking For One Or Two" and this file is the one for 1 person.  While I have 
not tried all the recipes, I have tried enough to know that a lot of them are 
good.  I hope that you enjoy them.  Also I have included a file called 
Hints.txt which is hints on how to do things with your microwave.

        Also if your micorwave is not adjustable, play with the times on the 
low side.  Each recipe tells what the end result is supposed to be, and judge 
it from that.
