   The menu items available are:

   1) by Average      - Prints   LADIES and  MEMS averages,  seperated  by
                        gender, from HIGHEST to LOWEST.

   2) by TEAM         - Prints  bowler  averages  grouped  by  team,  from
                        HIGHEST to LOWEST and provide a total team average.

   3) by NAME         - Prints  LADIES and MENS  averages,  alphabetically,
                        seperated by gender.

   4) Bowler Database - Prints the  entire contents of the Bowler database,
                        sorted alphabetically by LAST and FIRST Names. Each
                        field  will  be  printed  horizontally  so  that an
                        entire record will appear on a single line.

   5) Team Database   - Prints  the entire  contents of  the Team Database,
                        sorted alphabetically by Team Name. Each field will
                        be  printed horizontally  so that  an entire record
                        will appear on a single line.
