Changes for Version 1.26+

You no longer have to worry about how you enter the ROSTER.
The program will now look for Fire Chief, Asst. Fire Chief, Deputy Chief,
Captain, Lieut, and then the FireFighters and put them in the correct order.

You must use the terms and the correct spelling of Fire Chief, Chief, 
Asst. Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, Deputy Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, Lieut., Firefighter, Fire Fighter, Rookie, or Volunteer.

Fixed a bug in the add Roster record. It would return to the main
menu if you entered too many letters in the Address field.
Also did some internal code fixing..

Changed the word Fire to Incident on the main menu and subsequent menus..

Made a lot of cosmentic changes to different parts of the program.
