==================ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION===================== The Hack Report is now published in its entirety on the first Thursday night of every month. Every subsequent Thursday night, an update to the report will be published. The full report and every weekly update will be sent out via the FidoNet International Shareware Echo, as well as the WildNet and RIME shareware conferences. The full monthly issue of The Hack Report will be the _only_ version distributed as an archived file. Updates will only be distributed via the echos, but will be incorporated into the next full monthly report. To match the new monthly distribution, the filename format has changed to a simpler layout. The new format is: HACKMMYY.* where MMYY is the month and year of the issue (e.g., 0992 for the Sept. 1992 issue), and * is the archive type (.LZH, .SDA/.SDN, etc.). The Hack Report is available for download or FidoNet F'Req from The ECS BBS, 1:382/87, at (512) 328-6923, and from FLOTOM Enterprises, 1:382/91, at (512) 282-3941. All file issues of The Hack Report are F'Reqable from either site by using the magic name HACK. SysOps: The Hack Report is also available via TICK from the same locations. Please contact the SysOp of The ECS BBS, Mark Evans, or the SysOp of FLOTOM Enterprises, Tom Lane, via NetMail for information. They will work with you to have your system included in their TIC.CFG files. The Hack Report is available right after ZMH on Friday morning. All other files on The ECS BBS and FLOTOM Enterprises are available for file request from 5am - 2am Central Time, first time d/ls allowed. All users: You may also find The Hack Report on your local SDNet/Works! distribution board. The filename format is the same, but .SDA/.SDN extensions are used. Please continue to send reports of fraudulent files to me through this echo or via NetMail - it won't be a wasted effort. The Hack Report is working, if the tremendous response it has received is any indication. Only with your help can it continue to work. Thanks for helping to keep shareware clean!
