A few rules to begin this Network.....

           a. Lets keep things on the learning not preaching level!
           b. Apsolutely no FLAMING. if something bothers you Leave a
              Message TO: BRIAN MARX ->CUTTINGI
           c. Iether PcRelay or any .qwk Compatible door software will
              be used for all transfers.
           d. If you carry this net as a sysop PLEASE download your Mail
              on a daily basis, so as to keep your users current...
           e. Only the SysOp operating mail function on your BBS will have
              Access to the Network Conference.
           f. There are NO fees, Dues, ECT.
           g. NOONE will be alowed to charge ANY ammount for another sysop
              to download mail for this Net.
           h. The first BBS in a calling area must approve of another BBS
              joining this net in the SAME calling area.

         4. I hope this can go well with all and I assure you, there will be
            NO power trips from this venture, this is meant to be a FUN
            exchange of information and Ideas!!!!
