LONDONDERRY, NH -- June 15, 1992 -- In a move designed to enhance its
position as a full add-on solutions supplier for Autodesk products,
Panacea Inc. today announced that it has exclusively licensed PS-Pen
software from CAD Masters of Shreveport, Louisiana. Under the terms of the
agreement, Panacea will be the sole publisher and marketer of PS-Pen.

PS-Pen is a post-processor designed to work with PostScript output files
generated by AutoCAD Releases 11 and 12. The product enables full control
over line width, greyscale and color--features not available in AutoCAD by
itself. In addition, PS-Pen can be used to process plot files that are
imported into word processor or desktop publishing software.

According to Jake Richter, Chief Technologist at Panacea, "Anyone using a
PostScript printer for AutoCAD output knows the frustration of not being
able to control line types and color choice. PS-Pen is a terrific low-cost
solution." Richter added that Panacea intends to develop and market other
software enhancements for Autodesk products, like PS-Pen, beyond its
TurboDLD line of software display accelerators.

PS-Pen retails for $95 and will be available through Panacea's
international network of resellers and distributors.
