Richardson Engineering Standards Electronically Available To Users of
Precision Estimating Software

BEAVERTON, Ore., June 22, 1992 -- Timberline Software has released
Richardson Databases for Precision. The databases give estimators using
Timberline's Precision Estimating software immediate electronic access to
the full range of Richardson Engineering Standards.

Estimators can choose from two Richardson databases: a 33,000 item database
for general construction, or a 45,000 item database for process pipe and
equipment. Both databases include detailed cost items with complete labor
and equipment costs, material pricing, crew makeups, and production
rates.

Included with each database is Timberline's Richardson Integrator, which
transfers any or all Richardson items into the estimator' s Precision
software database. When annual price updates are purchased, the integrator
automatically updates selected Richardson items in the Precision
database.

Suggested retail price is $2,500 for the general construction database and
$3,000 for the process pipe and equipment database. Discounts are
available when purchasing databases for two or more stations.

Timberline's Richardson Integrator and Precision Estimating software run on
IBM compatible computers, DOS 3.0 or higher, 6_40 KB RAM minimum. For more
