INTEX LAUNCHES NEW CUSTOMIZABLE ICON PALETTE FOR LOTUS USERS
UltraBar Brings Lotus 1-2-3 Release 3.1 Spreadsheets to the Cutting Edge

Needham, MA -- May 29, 1992 -- Intex Solutions, Inc., the leading publisher
and reseller of spreadsheet enhancements, today announced the release of
UltraBar, a new Lotus add-in enhancement for Lotus 1-2-3 Release 3.1.
UltraBar provides users with as many as 75 powerful icons, conveniently
arranged in five palettes, to instantly activate any 1-2-3 command, macro,
or add-in application. With a click of the mouse, users can automatically
activate any of the 45 built-in icons provided, or create their own custom
icons. The program, similar in many ways to the "Smart Icons(tm)" featured
in other 1-2-3 releases, even lets users invoke other add-ins directly
from the icon bar. Priced at only $69.95, plus $5 shipping, UltraBar is
available now.

they get all the speed of their DOS environment plus the convenient "point

The UltraBar icon palette appears horizontally at the top of the worksheet.
Users can easily switch between icons and the regular spreadsheet menu.
Additional icon features include full mouse support, on-screen help, and
the ability for the user to specify the arrangement of the icons in any
order they wish.

UltraBar runs on any IBM PC, XT, AT, PS/2 or compatible and requires Lotus
1-2-3 Release 3.1 or 3.1 + . The program occupies just 20K RAM. UltraBar
