MICR Interface, a software product that helps property managers cut
expenses by using blank check stock for their payables rather than
different preprinted checks for each account.

MICR Interface allows property managers to print checks from multiple
checking accounts in one check run, eliminating the need for trust
accounting reconciliation. Security also is improved because only blank
check stock is kept on the premise.

With the interface, check information is sent from Timberline's Property
Management Gold software into MICR-PRO from Westcorp Software Systems Inc.
The checks are then printed on blank check stock using the correct
checking account, unique check information and MICR line.

MICR Interface runs on any IBM or IBM compatible computer, OS/2
manufacturer's supported version. Suggested retail price is $990 single
