introduced U S WEST SearchDisc Directory, a comprehensive business and
consumer CD-ROM directory containing nearly eight million listings for the
western United States. It is the most accurate, up-to-date CD-ROM product
available for the region. CD-ROMs (Compact Disc, Read-Only Memory) are
accessible via a CD-ROM drive linked to a personal computer.

agencies, and law enforcement agencies can access information through the
directory's multiple search capabilities.

Scheduled for release August 1, the SearchDisc Directory will be available
on one CD-ROM disc. It will also be available in various subregions and
individual states within U S WEST's 14-state territory. U S WEST Market
Information Products will market the SearchDisc Directory within its
territory and ProCD will market the product outside U S WEST territory.
ProCD will produce and provide customer and technical support for the
product.
