AG Communications Systems cuts WindowPhone(TM) from $495 to $295 msrp.

July 1992 -- AG Communications Systems Corporation (Phoenix) announces an
immediate, permanent price reduction on its innovative personal call
management sytem. WindowPhone(TM) version 1.1 is now available for $295,
which is $200 less than its original manufacturer's suggested resale price
(msrp). WindowPhone is available directly from AG Communications Systems

"We're passing on the usual savings that arrive as products mature," says 
WindowPhone General Manager Roger Heldt. "We have had strong interest from
the market, and this permanent 40% price reduction should help spur even
greater sales growth, especially as more people discover the benefits
using the PC to manage their telephone environment."

WindowPhone links the PC and telephone using advanced teleconnection
features, and provides many unique benefits with or without the
availability of Caller ID services. It identifies a caller by name in a
pop-up window on the PC screen, providing instant access to detailed
caller information. WindowPhone maintains a complete log of all incoming
and outgoing call activity - by time and duration - when the PC is on or
off.

Even without Caller ID, WindowPhone automatically logs all outgoing calls
from any extension on the line; maintains thousands of robust phone book
entries, complete with caller notes, photos and auto-dial phone number
listings; blocks outgoing calls to selected prefixes or numbers; and much
more.

"In addition to its unsurpassed personal call management features,
WindowPhone also supports Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) links to other
Windows applications," adds Heldt.

WindowPhone is both a software (requires Microsoft(R) Windows(TM)) and
hardware (8-bit Industry Standard Architecture card) product, which allows
it to provide a unique arsenal of call management features without
requiring additional peripherals, such as a modem, or occupying system
serial port addresses.
