with Merisel, one of the world's leading distributors of microcomputer
hardware and software. Merisel will carry Camintonn/Z-RAM's comprehensive
line of 100% compatible PC and laser printer memory including products for
Apple, IBM, Compaq, ALR, Toshiba, AST, Dell, Zenith, HP and Okidata Laser
Printers. And, since the distributor's UNIX division focuses on Digital
Equipment Corporation workstation products, Camintonn/Z-RAM will also make
its broad line of workstation memory for DEC, IBM RS/6000, HP, Sun and
Silicon Graphics available to Merisel. Camintonn/Z-RAM has over ten years'
experience in manufacturing memory.

According to Camintonn/Z-RAM's Director of Marketing, Len Herbstman,
"Camintonn/Z-RAM is the first major memory manufacturer to bring
minicomputer and workstation reliability to PC memory products. We
manufacture our PC memory products at our in-house facility with the same

agreement with Merisel will increase sales significantly within the next 6
months.
