its upcoming Summer (August 19-21, Boston World Trade Center) Windows &
OS/2 Conference are helping the event become a major launch-point for new

The new Softbridge, Inc. Automated Test Facility 2.0 (first showing of this
release) allows unattended testing of Windows, OS/2 and DOS applications.

Software Security, Inc. Activator WIN/S offers software protection for
applications running under Windows, without any change in their code.

METZ Software Task Manager 2.0 schedules computer tasks, manages files,
creates custom launch buttons and menus, and more, to make Windows more
convenient and maneuverable 

Magic Solutions previews its MagicWin help desk software, which logs
support requests, assigns and prioritizes and tracks them, manages
inventory by item or client configuration, and provides reports.

KEA Systems Ltd. previews KEAterm 420 Plus provides complete VT420 and
Tektronix 4010/4014 emulations.

GUIdance Technologies, Inc. will offer the first showing of Choreographer
1.3 and 2.3, which simplify Windows and OS/2 development for client-server
and downsizing applications.

PC-Kwik Corp. WinMaster utilities help users control Windows environments;
WinMaster Toolbox makes application launching easier, faster and more
flexible

Humana Computer Publications is releasing courses as self- paced learning
materials and Instructor Kits for Windows for PowerPoint 3.0 and FileMaker
Pro and will preview new Quattro Pro and OS/2-2.0 releases.

Fulcrum Technoloogies. Inc., will show a new version of its Ful/Text
document search and retrieval software with intuitive searching.

Expervision TypeReader for Windows OCR can read any page of type, any type
of page.

DeLorme Mapping will debut its first preview of its new Map Expert CD-ROM,
with all the detailed full-color maps of Street Atlas USA, with
functionality added to address the needs of business applications.

Consyst SQL, Inc. will intorduce SQL Design for DB-2 and for RDB (DEC), and
show its latest versions for Windows & OS/2, and for DBM, SQL-DS and
SQL-400 (IBM).

Caseworks will have its first showing of its CASE:PM VIP, a GUI design and
code generation tool for Presentation Manager applications.

All Computers will have its US debut of the All SX486, a plug-in
replacement for 286 CPUs to give old systems new life through a 486
processor; and the new All DX486, which can upgrade any 386DX system to a
486DX. They will also preview the new All Card Mark IV, which upgrades any
286, 386 or 486 system to a fast 486 with RAM and I/O expansion. 

It will be the first showing of the Aristosoft, Inc. Windows Sound Effects
Volume 1, a collection of 50 sound files in .WAV format.

Symbiotics, Inc. will have the first showing of NT versions of its
netWorks! Connect and netWorks! Developer tool sets for building
distributed applications.

WexTech Systems, Inc. Doc-To-Help version 1.1 is an advanced hypertext
utility for Word for Windows 2.0.

Programmer's Paradise will introduce new Lifeboat Software ED, The
Programmer's Editor.

GFA Software Technologies, Inc. GFA-CAD for Windows two- dimensional
drafting package is DFX file compatible.

Pixelworks, Inc. will have the first public showing of WhirlWIN/Lite
Entry-Level Graphics Accelerator and WhirlWIN Multimedia Extensions.

The show will debut Windows User, The PC Power Resource, a new monthly
solutions-oriented magazine.

Elographics, Inc. will have the first showing of a new release of Monitor
Mouse for Macintosh, a mouse emulator which will be free with its
Touchscreen.

Quercus Systems will launch Personal REXX 3.0 for OS/2, preview an NT
version and show the latest DOS and Windows releases of this powerful
macro, batch and programing language.

HSC Software will debut a new version of HSC ImagePrep image processing,
file conversion and screen capture utility; and HSC Audio Tracks Libraries
1 and 2 of digitized sound effects and music.

Hammersly Technology Partners will show UTOPIA help desk, inventory and
training administration for Windows.

Pioneer Software will have a "sneak preview" of its new Q+E DataLink/OV for
ObjectVision, and show new Q+E Database Editor Version 5.0.
