Sept 1, 1992 -- Ask-Me Information Center will release Ask-Me 2000, version
3.0 on October 1, 1992. Ask Me 2000 is a DOS-based software program that
integrates text, still-frame pictures, animations, and stereo sound,
complete with interactive menus. Positioned as a full-featured, general
purpose authoring tool, Ask-Me is used to create presentations, training
programs, and information kiosks.

Version 3.0 offers significant enhancements to make multimedia authoring
easier and quicker. New features include:

.  Newly designed graphical user interface; provides a more
   attractive environment to author in.
.  Point & shoot environment; does not require the user to script
   or memorize the authoring language.
.  Hypertext help system; accessible to the user from anywhere
   within the program.
.  Sprite animation capabilities; allows the user to incorporate
   moving objects into the presentation with very low memory
   requirements.
.  High resolution animation support; allows the user to display
   animations in 1024x768x256 colors.
.  Chart and graph generation capabilities; allows the user to
   visually design and display numerical data.
.  Support for the super VGA VESA standard; allows the user to
   display text and still-frame images in high resolution modes.
.  Support for more third party peripherals; allows the user to
   work with popular sound, capture, and video cards, and with
   image and sound creation programs.
.  Runs in extended memory rather than expanded memory; doing
   away with the previous requirement for a memory manager
   program.

Ask Me 2000 runs on any IBM AT or compatible computer. The program retails
for $495. Existing users can purchase the upgrade for $69. Ask Me 2000 is
