Online Computer Systems and TRI-STAR Publishing Sign Distribution
Agreement

August 1992 -- Online Computer Systems, Inc., (Germantown, MD) and TRI STAR
PUBLISHING, INC., (Horsham, PA), both members of the Reed International
group, have signed an agreement whereby Online will become the EXCLUSIVE
master distributor of the network version of the Master Search Bible
CD-ROM. The networked version will be offered individually or with
Online's number one selling CD-ROM networking product, OPTINET. The Master
Search Bible is available in two forms; a Concise Edition and a Full
Edition. Fifty User network licenses for the Bible are priced at $395 for
the Concise Edition and $995 for the Full Edition. Online will also
distribute the single user licenses for the Concise Edition priced at $199
and for the Full Edition at $495.

Each Master Search Bible version is a single CD-ROM product containing a
biblical reference library of classic and contemporary Bible works. Master
Search Bible links four Bible versions to studies in history, language,
geography, ancient cultures, and archaeology. Computerized search
capabilities provide increased efficiency while searching the information
provided on the CD-ROM. Boolean, range and proximity operators allow users
to define searches. Other features include putting Bible translations
on-screen alongside each other or beside relevant reference material,
definitions of Greek/Hebrew or theological terms, and checking for
historical or cultural backgrounds.

2.0 for MS-DOS and the enhanced OPTI-NET VAP version. Both versions
include removable OPTI-NET device driver(s) and Microsoft CD-ROM
Extensions TSR, SCSI bus disconnect/reconnect feature and caching for
performance, and centralized LAN management. The VAP version now includes
support for IBM SCSI controller cards, further expanding the compatibility
of OPTI-NET in the network user community.
