Needham. Mass. Sept. 11, 1992 -- Intex Solutions, Inc. today announced that
the company has entered into a Master Distributor relationship with PC
Publishing, Inc. According to the terms of the contract, Intex immediately
assumes full responsibility for the marketing, sales, and support of PC
Publishing's main products in North and South America and Australia.

"Intex is pleased to represent PC Publishing. Their products are an
excellent complement to our line of spreadsheet enhancements," said Jim
Wilner, VP of PC Products at Intex.

PC Publishing is well known as the developer of presentation software for
Lotus users. The firm's creations include IMPRESS, the WYSIWYG publishing
program now owned by Lotus Development Corp., FONTASIA, a set of
professional typefaces, and CLIP-ARTIST, a set of image files. SUCCESS,
the newest release, is the first presentation graphics add-in software for
Lotus 1-2-3 users.

The new arrangement frees up PC Publishing to focus on product
development.

"We know that our products are in good hands," said Joseph Haddad,
President of PC Publishing. "When we looked for a Master Distributor, we
naturally turned to Intex, with its well-established channel to
spreadsheet users."
