PROCESSING 

Saunders Positions Itself as the Property Manager for the '90s

BOSTON, September 9, 1992 -- Saunders Real Estate Corporation, the 94-year
old Boston-based real estate investment management company, is converting
its offices to Timberline Software's Property Management Gold system,
announced Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, John A.
Woelfel.

A member of the Timberline Medallion Gold Collection, Property Management
Gold is an accounting and financial information management software
package. This software will allow the company to electronically share
information among its computer network, thus enabling all levels of
management to be more readily informed about a property's operations and
financial status.

For the past nine years, Saunders Real Estate Corporation has been using
Timberline's PROMT minicomputer software. The company is converting to
Timberline's Property Management Gold system because it offers even
greater efficiency and integration, and can run on a network of less
expensive personal computers (PCs), many of which currently exist in
business accounting departments.
