Advanced Data Solutions announces the release of a new software program
designed to help programmers market and manage their own shareware
programs. Shareware Marketing and Management System (SMMS) is a unique
database program combining marketing activity with program management.
SMMS maintains important information about the users, those who have paid
the shareware registration fee for their programs, and the distributors to
whom they have submitted their programs.

SMMS is more than an address file manager as it creates personalized form
letters or press releases to notify distributors of new programs or to
announce to registered users the availability of a new upgrade. It also
allows the author to maintain a history of changes to the program.

It has five reports to help the shareware author monitor program sales
volume, revenue, amount collected for sales tax, types of responses from
distributors and more. SMMS is easy to install and use. Users will find
the menus and data entry screens easy to learn and will be aided by an
on-line HELP and a comprehensive manual is included on the distribution
disk.

SMMS is released to the shareware market and has been distributed to a wide
range of disk vendors and BBS's. The registration fee is $40.00.

System Requirements: IBM Compatible computer with 640K RAM and hard disk. A
printer is also required.
