AGE LOGIC SIGNS VITEK TO DISTRIBUTE XOFTWARE PC X SERVER SOFTWARE LINE-UP

San Diego, CA. September 15, 1992 - AGE Logic, Inc. (AGE) announced that it
has signed Vitek Systems Distribution of Carlsbad, California as a
nationwide distributor for AGE's XoftWare family of PC X Window Server
software products. According to the agreement, Vitek will market, sell and
support AGE's complete line of PC-based X server software for Microsoft
Windows, DOS, TIGA/DOS and PC UNIX environments through Vitek's nationwide
network of more than 900 resellers. AGE's XoftWare provides PC users
access to distributed X applications residing on UNIX hosts, while
retaining local use of Microsoft Windows and DOS-based applications.

Vitek will also offer XoftWare optionally bundled with Novell's TCP/IP
networking software. This option provides the user with a "one button"
install for both the X server software and Novell's TCP/IP networking
software, providing added convenience and cost efficiency.

According to the X Business Group, an independent market research firm, the
market for PC-based X server software is projected to increase over 250%
annually for the next three years. "We are proud to be part of the rapidly
growing PC X server marketplace," said Jeff Brown, vice president of sales
at Vitek. "We chose to distribute AGE's XoftWare X servers because they
are reliable, high-performance products and because of AGE's broad
expertise in X server technology."

Under the agreement, Vitek will distribute AGE's complete line of XoftWare
PC X Window System software servers. These include XoftWare for Windows,
XoftWare for DOS, XoftWare for TIGA/DOS and XoftWare for PC Unix. XoftWare
for Windows is AGE's enhanced X server software that tightly integrates X
and Microsoft Windows on 386 and 486 PCs. XoftWare for DOS adds X terminal
capabilities to 286, 386 and 486 DOS PCs providing access to UNlX-based
applications as well as continued use of DOS-based programs. XoftWare for
TIGA/DOS is AGE's accelerated DOS-based X server software which off-loads
all X server processes onto TlGA-based graphics accelerator cards.
XoftWare for TIGA/DOS brings workstation-like X performance and resolution
to 2861386/486 DOS PCs. XoftWare for PC Unix brings high resolution, high
performance X server capabilities to SCO-based UNIX PCs by offloading all
X server processes onto a wide variety of T1340x0 graphics accelerator
cards.
