C-LINE10.ZIP is Command Line v1.0, a program launcher/shell for Windows 3.1.

Command Line allows users to launch applications from a LanchBox, and 
includes support for Aliases. Command Line features AutoLoad and AutoRun, 
which enable it to act as the Windows shell. FunctionKeys allow users to
launch applications with a single keystroke, and an automated configuration
program is included. Command Line provides a clock, a date counter, and a
free system resources indicator. 

Command Line is now highly configurable - users can turn on and off nearly
every option. Program execution speed is increased nearly 20%, and a myriad
of bugs have been removed. 

Full documentation is included. VBRUN200.DLL is required.

Command Line is FREEWARE, and is public domain software.

*NOTE: Although this is revision v1.0, it should replace C-LINE32.ZIP in
pub/pc/win3/util. This is a completely reworked and recoded program, and
replaces all earlier versions. As such, the new .INI file must be used.
