Software License

	Sticky Notes Version 1.0 is not public domain software.  Non-Registered users are granted a limited license to  use Sticky Notes on a 21 day trial basis for determining whether it is suitable for their needs.  The continued use of Sticky Notes after the 21 day trial period requires registration. A separate registration is required for each computer upon which you install Sticky Notes.

	A limited license is granted to copy and distribute Sticky Notes only for the trial use of others.  This limited license is subject to the following conditions:

	1.  Sticky Notes must be copied in unmodified form and must be distributed with all files including this license agreement and the readme.txt file.

	2.  Sticky Notes Win may not be distributed in conjunction with any other software or other product without the express written consent of the author.

	3.  No fee may be charged for the distribution of Sticky Notes


				Limited Warranty

	The author disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  In no event will the author assume any liability for any damages, included but not limited to, damages for the loss of business profits, business interruption, business information, which may arise from the use or inability to use this product.  Use of this product constitutes acceptance of this warranty agreement and subjects the user to its contents.
