To install, copy the .EXE, .DLL, & .HLP files to your Windows directory.  

If you are replacing a previous version of Open Axess, make sure you close 
any running copy before you replace it.

Once installed, you can place the Open Axess icon in your Windows
startup folder to have the program start with windows.
