             IsClock: A utility program designed to assist in developing
        batch files that can easily test for date and time conditions by
        checking the system clock.  IsClock communicates with your batch
        files by  returning a DOS  ERRORLEVEL  function  to indicate the
        status of a given time-based question.

             Since  we  realize that IsClock will only appeal to  a  very
        specialized  portion of the market, we have chosen to  distribute
        this  program as Shareware.  This shareware  release does require
        that you acknowledge an invitation to  register  screen each time
        the program is executed.

             If you are able to use IsClock and would  like  to  register

        does not require you to manually enter a key,  this make the pro-
