To prevent the users from re-inventing the wheel every time they need to fill or create a new form, we maintain a FORM POOL that contains form packages created by us and other users. Some of the packages in the pool are free, others may be sharewares and require a small registration fee paid to the original creator of the form package. The pool will be sent to users as soon as we receive the registration. Updated pools will be sent to registered users at flexible intervals depending on how many packages have been added. This service is free for one year after the registration. After one year, small shipping and handling fees may be charged to continue such service. At any time, a registered user may request to be sent the most up-to-date form pool immediately by paying $1 plus postage. In the future, if the interest in the form pool justifies the cost, we will set up a BBS and let registered users download the form packages from there. All users, whether or not registered, may contribute to the form pool. However, only registered users are allowed to contribute their package as a shareware that requires a registration fee. Non-registered users can only contribute free packages. We reserve the right to reject any package for low quality, severe errors, uselessness, or any other reason. To contribute to the form pool, simply send me a floppy disk containing the form file XXXXX.FM and a short text file XXXXX.TXT explaining what the package does and how to pay registration fees, etc. If you do not want to disclose your address and other information but still want to collect the registration fees, you may write your address as "c/o Gary Liu, 4440 Cypress Ave, EL Monte, CA 91731" and tell me your actual address. I will transfer the mail to you for a small fee (50 cents per item plus postage). If you have created a form package for your own use, it does not cost you anything to put it into our form pool. Who knows, you may get large number of registrations and a sizable amount of money. Even if you do not have to deal with forms at all, it still makes sense to create packages for some forms that are of general use and put it into our form pool as a shareware. The advantages are: 1) form pool is directly sent to FORMS EASY users and will not be buried in piles of other sharewares, 2) users registered for FORMS EASY are shareware believers and therefore are more likely to register for your form package, 3) FORMS EASY is so easy to use and you do not have to be a programer to create profitable shareware. Although distributing a form package in our form pool has clear advantages, registered FORMS EASY users have the right to distribute their packages in any way they want. However, if you do not register but want to use FORMS EASY to create a form package and distribute it for profit or other purpose, you are violating the copyright law. Gary Liu
