NEW RULES GOVERNING THE CONDUCT OF ATTORNEYS PRACTICING BEFORE THE COMMISSION ADOPTED - GEN. DOCKET 91-120 (Report DC-2182, Action in Docket Case) The FCC has amended the rules governing the conduct of attorneys practicing before the Commission. The new rules provide for the temporary suspension, at the Commission's discretion and without opportunity for hearing, of any attorney subject to a final order of suspension or disbarment by any tribunal of competent authority.
