QUELLO ISSUES CONCERNING NETWORK-CABLE CROSS-OWNERSHIP PROHIBITION MODIFIED - MM DOCKET 82-434 On June 18, 1992, the Commission adopted a Report and Order (FCC 92-262) in the matter of amending the rules and regulations to eliminate the prohibition on Common Ownership of Cable Television Systems and National Television Networks. FCC AFFIRMS BUREAU RULING ON ADVANCE PAYMENT OF POLITICAL ADVERTISING (Report MM-636, Mass Media Action) The Commission has affirmed a ruling by the Mass Media Bureau in response to a request by Beth Daly of Great American Media, Inc. concerning advance payment of political advertising. Siete Grande was also granted a waiver of the Commission's Rules relating to the use of auxiliary antennas and booster station power limitations.
