Only the SysOp operating mail function on your BBS will have Access to the Network Conference. f. There are NO fees, Dues, ECT. g. NOONE will be alowed to charge ANY ammount for another sysop to download mail for this Net. h. The first BBS in a calling area must approve of another BBS joining this net in the SAME calling area. 4.
