Since your are reading this, you've successfully unpacked the file
that you downloaded. To view the reference you'll be using the OS/2 command
VIEW.EXE. There are several ways to set this up, but to make it easy we've 
included a command file to do it for you. It's called BTRefIns.cmd. Just 
execute it by double clicking on its icon or by entering BTRefIns on
an OS/2 command line. If you did a custom OS/2 installation and did 
chose not to install Rexx, the command file will fail, and you'll have to 
install a program object m
