Version 2.1 fixes a smal bug that aborted the program
  if you answered NO to all prompts at the beginning of the
  combine process.

  This also caused the SAMPLE.BAT file to produce a error message.

  I have also removed a reminder message that was appended to the
  end of each combined file.
