Windows 3.xx protected (standard/enhanced) mode ZIP file
unpacker (no DOS app required).  This is a simple command
line app that extracts all ZIP files to current directory,
and was designed to test the engine to be added to future
releases of some FlashPoint applications.  May be launched
from a shell, e.g., FileMan, WinNAV, etc.  Please report
