ICON_C Version 1.01

	Thank-you for trying the shareware program ICON_C.  This 
program is intended to allow you to manage your icons in a simple 
and intuitive way.  You can group icons in special catalog files 
for easier reference.  Then you can use the icons in these catalogs 
to replace Windows 3.0 Program Manager icons directly as well as 
icons in any other Windows 3.0 file.

	To use ICON_C copy the program and help file into your 
windows directory.  Then type ICON_C at the Program Manager 
File|Run option to run it.  You can also add the ICON_C program to 
any Program Manager Program Group and run it as you would any other 
Windows 3.0 program.  Full instructions for using ICON_C are 
contained in the on-line help system.  No paper documentation is 
needed or available.

	This program is shareware.  You may use this program for a 30 
day trial period.  If at the end of the 30 days you do not like the 
program just stop using.  If you like the program, and would like 
to continue using it, you must register it.  When you register you 
will receive the latest version of ICON_C with all shareware

	Please feel free to copy and share this shareware version of 
ICON_C.  The only stipulation is that all three files 
(icon_c10.exe, icon_c10.hlp and this file) are kept together and 
are not altered.
