PowerBBS 1.49 - 7/7/91 - Update Information

Screen display is now 28 lines, permitting for a full 25 usage of the screen,
plus 3 lines for the user info.  This also eliminates any ANSI.SYS problems
for a full 25 line display!

Check Marks were added to the toggle menu, giving you the ability to know if
an item is toggled or not.

Menu commands, not in use when no callers are online, are now greyed and
disabled till a caller is online.

Non-Intensity Colors are now displayed on the SysOps side, as part of the
internal ANSI.SYS.

PowerBBS 1.48 - 6/26/91 - Update Information

* True Windows Menus have been implemented, replacing the old sysop
  capabilities via the f keys
* True CONNECT is displayed when the baud rate is locked.

PowerBBS 1.47 - 6/21/91 - Update Information

* The USER file MUST BE converted to this version, using CONVPOWR.EXE.
* Forum limit is now 201 forums (from 0 to 200)
* The SECURITY LEVEL DATAFILE, must be newly editted.  It now contains
  an option for a MONTHLY download byte limit.  The number entered in
  config is in MEGABYTES, so if 5 is entered, 5 MEGABYTES would be the
  download byte limit for that month (for that security level).
* The MACRO |MDBL| was added for the current MAXIMUM download bytes
  available for the month, in k bytes.

PowerBBS 1.46 - 6/17/91 - Update Information

* Files listing limit is now 50, (was 26)
* Events are now operational.  Please note that a WAIT command is required.
  Here is a sample event file:
  c:\powrbbs\stats c:\powrbbs\data\users c:\powrbbs\screen\hello4 10 5 100
  \powrbbs\wait 300
* Fixed a bug in the copy procedure, which was used to copy files to
  different drives.  It is working fine now.
* Doors for Windows are now operationable.
  Here is how to set up the BlackJack for Windows door:
  C:\Powrbbs\BlackJk.exe C:\Powrbbs\Powrbbs.dat
  That is what you type for the Live Program Filename.  Whenever PowerBBS
  reads a .EXE in the live program filename, it assumes it is a
  Windows application.  This way, an extra option is not needed.  If you
  are setting up DOS live programs, be sure that you use a batch file
  here, NOT AN .EXE file.

  NEW: For multiline systems, if you are using WINDOWS DOORS such as the
  above, your live.dat file should be DIFFERENT on EVERY NODE.
