INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1.	Winvelope requires the Microsoft Visual Basic runtime file,
	VBRUN100.DLL, to be installed on the Windows directory of your 
	harddisk.  This file is not included with the 'download' version
	of this program in order to save download time and storage space
	on the BBS or online service system.  VBRUN100.DLL (VBRUN.ZIP or
	VBRUN1.ZIP) can be found on most BBS's and online services that
	cater to Windows shareware applications.  If you have difficulty
	locating this file, contact the author at (606) 832-2493 between
	the hours of 6-9 pm eastern time.

2.	Create a directory for Winvelope on your harddisk and copy the
	files from the Winvelope diskette to this directory.

3.	Add Winvelope to a Program Group in Windows Program Manager.

4.	To load Winvelope automatically with Windows so that it is always
	available as a minimized icon, edit the 'LOAD=' statement in your
	WIN.INI file to include the path and .EXE filename for Winvelope.
	Consult your Windows manual for more detailed information on this
	option.

5.	For more detailed instructions on setting up and running Winvelope,
	activate the Winvelope Help feature and/or print the file 
	WV363DOC.TXT
