World Time for Windows is a simple desk accessory which displays the time
at various locations all around the world. It does *not* run in Real Mode.

This program is distributed as a ZIP file. Detailed installation instructions
are given in the manual. WINTIME.ZIP contains:

		WRLDTIME.EXE    - The Windows 3.0 executable
		WRLDTIME.DOC    - The manual in Word for Windows format
		WRLDTIME.WRI	- The manual in Windows Write format
		README.TXT	- This file

IMPORTANT:
	You *must* set the TZ (time zone) environment string correctly for
World Time for Windows to function. Please refer to the manual for details
on how to do this.
