FIXSTY.ZIP Ami Pro Release 2.0 9-27-91 REPAIR.EXE included in this ZIP file corrects a problem locating graphics files in Ami Pro 2.0 style sheets. Some graphics may not display when you click File/New and specify a style sheet that has been modified by using either Style/Style Management or the CHGFONT.SMM macro. The error message "Cannot create temporary file for frame. Frame contents will not be displayed" is an indication that the style sheet cannot locate the graphic image. Use REPAIR.EXE to fix an individual style sheet. Use FIXALL.BAT to fix all of the style sheets in a specific directory. Instructions for using both files follow: REPAIR.EXE Use this executable file to repair individual style sheets. From a DOS prompt, type "repair" (no quotes) followed by a space, the full path name and the file name for the particular style sheet that needs repair. For example, if the REPAIR.EXE file is located in the root directory of C drive (C:\), move to this directory and type the following command: repair c:\amipro\styles\~invoice.sty The style sheet ~invoice.sty, located in the \amipro\styles directory will be repaired. Note that you can shell out from Windows to the DOS prompt to initiate the command. FIXALL.BAT Use this batch file to repair all of the style sheets in a specific directory. From a DOS prompt, type "fixall" (no quotes) followed by a space and the full path name where the style sheets are located. For example, to repair all of the style sheets in the directory C:\amipro\styles, move to the DOS prompt where both the FIXALL.BAT and REPAIR.EXE files are located. Type the following command: fixall c:\amipro\styles The program will scan every file with an extension of .STY in the specified directory and fix this problem in those style sheets. Note that you can shell out from Windows to the DOS prompt to initiate the command.
