GENEL 1.0 -- Generate specified errorlevel. (c) 1990 by Brian E. Smith. All rights reserved. GENEL will generate the errorlevel specified on the command line. Its syntax is GENEL -- The errorlevel to generate. This program can be used to allow batch files to communicate with each other, in the same manner that executable programs (like XCOPY) can communicate with batch files. For example, if one batch file calls another, you can have the called batch file return its status to the caller, so the caller may proceed accordingly. I trust this program will be of use to you. If it is, please let me know. I'd like to hear from you. Regards to all who have responded in the past. GENEL.COM is distributed as a public domain program. You are welcome to use my program freely, and to share it with other users. Please pass this program along to others, even if you don't like it, because someone may like and need it. Thanks. Comments, suggestions, and even bug reports are greatly appreciated. Brian E. Smith 59 Main Street Piedmont, SC 29673 June 26, 1990
