Please note the following:  Dolphin Software's Far Memory Manager &
Diagnostic C Library software (consisting of the object modules
contained in the supplied .LIB files) is for use with the Microsoft C
Compiler (Versions 5.10 and 6.00), the Turbo C++ Compiler (Version 1.00)
and MS-DOS (Version 2.10 or later).  Dolphin Software guarantees only
the floppy disk on which the software is supplied.  The software will be
supplied on 5.25" disk unless otherwise requested.  If the disk is found
to be defective it may be returned for a replacement.  Dolphin Software
assumes no liability for the use to which this software is put and will
not be responsible for any damage of any kind that might be attributable
to the use of the software.  In fulfillment of this order Dolphin
Software grants only a license to the purchaser to use the software for
its intended purpose.  The software and the accompanying documentation
may not, in whole or in part, be copied (except for archival and backup
purposes), sold, rented or otherwise distributed - except that object
modules from the library may be used and distributed as part of a
compiled, executable program (no royalty is payable in such a case).
The demo disk may be freely copied and distributed at cost.  Site
licenses are available.  Single orders from outside North America:
