ICOVIEW

This is an icon viewer..specifically for *.ICO files and not
the compiled libraries.

When installing IcoView pleas copy the *.dll, *.vbx and the
*.msg file to c:\windows\system.

If these files are not copied over to the windows\system
subdirectory you may have trouble with the help option
on the menu.
