     What is DVLink?  
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^              
                   DVLink is a *.QWK packet message network. It's
                   primary objective is to link Delaware Valley
                   BBS's and their members. Accomplishing this by
                   way of theme oriented message conferences. 
                      
     Who can participate in DVLink? 
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^               
                   Any BBS Sysop can apply for membership 
                   for his/her BBS, so long as their system supports        
                   a *.QWK packet mail system, and offers a *.QWK
                   packet offline mail reader to their members. 
                   However, he/she MUST agree in writing to abide by 
                   DVLink operational policies.

     Are there age limits to participation?
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^              
                   Yes, participation in DVLink conferences is 
                   limited to persons at least 18 years of age.
                   It is the individual BBS Sysop's responsibility
                   to insure this requirement is met.

     How is DVLink distributed?
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
                   DVLink is currently distributed by way of two
                   distribution "HUBS". In Pa. the CARN BREA CASTLE  
                   BBS 215-755-4568, and in NJ. LA DOLCE VITA BBS
                   609-722-0415, are your sources for obtaining feeds
                   for DVLink.

     Does DVLink cost anything to carry on my BBS?
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
                   Aside of whatever phone charges you incurr for 
                   your hub. There are no charges for carrying 
                   DVLink.

     How do I establish a feed for DVLink?
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
                   Simply fill out and return the DVLREG.TXT file to  
                   either CBC BBS or LDV BBS at the addresses shown 
                   on the DVLREG file. You will then be contacted and
                   if approved, your feed established.

                   You may also fill out the form and upload it to 
                   either CBC BBS or LDV BBS. If you choose this method
                   RENAME the DVLREG.TXT to something unique like 
                   your own or BBS initials then .txt eg:(ABC.TXT).
                   remember,make it unique as duplicate files are 
                   rejected.

     What conferences are available on DVLink?
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
                   At present we have four conferences available;
                          
                          DVL CHAT
                          DVL ADULT
                          DVL GAY/BI
                          DVL SYSOP
                          DVL ADMIN.

                   Conference rules and regulations are found in the
                   file DVLCONF.TXT, contained in this archive.

     Do I have to carry all DVLink conferences?
     ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
                   No, only DVL ADMIN. is mandatory, plus at least
                   one other conference.
