RULES AND REGS REGARDING SourceNet:


  I.  The Sand Box BBS, SourceNet are soley owned and operated by PerfectPC.       All information on SourceNet is the property of PerfectPC. The sysops       retain the right to denie access to SourceNet to anyone for any             reason. This net is free, and open to the public, charging to access        the conferences is prohibited.

 II. The Sand Box BBS is the CENTRAL Hub and administrator. Regional Hubs        will send and recieve mail through The Sand Box BBS, Local Hubs will        transfer through there regional Hub, Nodes will transfer through there      Local Hub. This net will be a .QWK/,REP type system. The Central Hub      will be using RoseMail.

III. Mail transfers will be conducted at least once within a 24 hour period          for all Regioanl & Local Hubs. Nodes are required to have a mail            transfer at least every other day or as requested by the users. The         Regional Hub will be responsible for maintianing mail flow between          Local hubs and help Local Hubs maintain all nodes in its region.

 IV. There will be no profanity, race bashing, sex discrimination, or crude      remarks on a persons ability or knowlege. This net is for everyone,         specifically designed for the programmer, and all BBS echoing SourceNet      should encourage its users to participate in the conferences. 

  V. The CATCH ALL clause. If we run into anything not coverd, and we will,      the resolve will be decided by 3 person board in charge of Rules and        Regs on SourceNet. These individules will have the last say on all          directions of the Net, and all disputes. Each conference will have a        moderator assigned to it, incharge of controlling message flow and          theme. This is a very demanding job, more so than most others.

VII. Where possible we will have a professional as a moderator from a            
well-known company to moderate the conference of there expertise. This      
is a goal we hope to achieve shortly.
