                            MYSTERY 3

MISTER X IS SO EXCITED; 
     HE LOVES TO GO TO CHURCH.
HE'S INVOLVED IN ALL THE SOCIALS,
     HE HAS NO TIME TO SEARCH;
THE DEEP AND HIDDEN GLORIOUS TRUTHS,
     THAT THRILL THE HONEST HEART.
IT REALLY DOESN'T BOTHER HIM,
     HE'S NEVER HAD A PART;
WITH THOSE WHOSE NAMES ARE WRITTEN IN
     THE SAVIOR'S BOOK OF LIFE.
INSTEAD HE'S JUST A MEMBER OF
     DE-NOM-IN-A-TIONS STRIFE.
HE LIVES HIS LIFE SINCERELY SO
     MOST SAY HE'LL GO TO HEAV'N.
BUT HIS SPIRIT IS SO BLINDED,
     HE CAN NOT SEE THE SEVEN.
MISTER H IS VERY DIFF'RENT,
     HIS SPIRIT'S EYES HAVE SIGHT.
THE CHURCH THAT HE IS PART OF
     MUST BE WALKING IN THE LIGHT.
FOR HE'S A PART OF THOSE TO WHOM
     IT'S GIVEN THEM TO SEE;
SECRETS THAT THE LORD REVEALS
     AND TO KNOW THE MY-STE-RY;
THAT BRINGS THEM UNDERSTANDING OF
     THE THINGS THEY'VE NEVER KNOWN;
OUR FATHER GIVES HIS CHILDREN BREAD
     ALL OTHERS GET A STONE.
WE HOPE YOU'LL TURN THE PAGES,

Matthew 13:10-17:

13:10 And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou 
unto them in parables?
13:11 He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you 
to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is 
not given.
13:12 For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have 
more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken 
away even that he hath.
13:13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing 
see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.
13:14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which 
saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and 
seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive:
13:15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and [their] ears are 
dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time 
they should see with [their] eyes, and hear with [their] ears, and 
should understand with [their] heart, and should be converted, and 
I should heal them.
13:16 But blessed [are] your eyes, for they see: and your ears, 
for they hear.
13:17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous 
[men] have desired to see [those things] which ye see, and have 
not seen [them]; and to hear [those things] which ye hear, and 
have not heard [them].

A careful analysis of these verses will show:

1) Jesus' teaching was often about subjects which were mysteries 
and therefore not understood by people in general. Paul the 
Apostle stated in I Corinthians 2:7-14 that he too preached 
"MYSTERY" doctrine which could not be understood by a lost 
(natural) person. Yet he stated that ALL the "things of God" 
including the "DEEP" things are able to be understood by SPIRITUAL 
PEOPLE such as MISTER H (an HONEST HEART) in our cover "riddle". 
When TRUTH is preached today, it will also be very deep and 
symbolic. Therefore, only those like Mr. H will fully comprehend 
its real (HIDDEN) meaning.

2) Matthew 13:11 and Isaiah 6:9-10 show that God does not want 
some people to understand the truth.

3) Notice Jesus states that he preached in such a manner so as to 
PREVENT the multitudes from understanding and being converted. 
Scriptures such as James 1:18, I Peter 1:23-25, Romans 10:13-17, 
and John 6:53-63 show us that it is the TRUE WORD OF GOD that is 
the means of saving God's chosen ones (the elect). Therefore, by 
HIDING from the multitudes the very means of salvation, Jesus was 
PREVENTING any who were NOT truly HONEST HEARTS from being 
converted and later falling away from the faith (as illustrated 
in the text by stony and thorny ground). Mister X is an example of 
stony and thorny ground.

4) When TRUTH is preached, it will leave the lost multitudes in 
darkness, yet TRUE HONEST HEARTS (such as Mister H) will gather 
together SEPARATE from the multitudes of the DENOMINATIONAL world 
in order to gain full understanding of the SYMBOLISM of the 
scriptures. Matthew 13:36 says, 

13:36 Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: 
and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the 
parable of the tares of the field.

Notice the following facts about this verse:

1) The multitudes whom JESUS SENT AWAY were religious people who 
had come to hear what he had to say (see also Matthew 13:2).

2) If Jesus had been like most preachers today, he not only WOULD 
NOT HAVE SENT THEM AWAY, he would have tried his very best to 
build a church or a denomination out of the multitude. He would 
have been especially anxious to take up a collection.

3) A close study of the context will reveal that Jesus HAD TO SEND 
THE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE AWAY before he would detail and explain his 
teachings to the "FEW" (Matthew 7:13-23) TRUE DISCIPLES who were 
really "HUNGRY" to FEED upon SPIRITUAL understanding of the WORD. 
Notice these verses in John 6:53-63:

6:53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, 
Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye 
have no life in you.
6:54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal 
life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
6:55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
6:56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in 
me, and I in him.
6:57 As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: 
so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.
6:58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your 
fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread 
shall live for ever.
6:59 These things said he in the synagogue, as he taught in 
Capernaum.
6:60 Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard [this], 
said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it?
6:61 When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured  at 
it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you?
6:62 [What] and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he 
was before?
6:63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth 
nothing: the words that I speak unto you, [they] are spirit, and 
[they] are life.

Friend, we do not print these things for the purpose of hurting or 
offending people. We only want to awaken TRUE HONEST HEARTS to the 
fact that in these last days the ALMIGHTY and ETERNAL FATHER is 
ONCE AGAIN MANIFESTING HIMSELF through the SPIRITUAL "BODY OF 
CHRIST" (the true church) in order to SEND AWAY the multitudes, 
and to GATHER together in UNITY to teach and further instruct HIS 
TRUE DISCIPLES (the word disciple means "a learner").

Someone might comment, "But there is so much teaching today, there 
is little left to learn." Friend, THAT IS NOT SO. A careful study 
of the scriptures will show you:

1) That most of the doctrines being taught by churches today ARE 
NOT GENUINE TRUTH, but instead are HERESIES based upon 
interpretations by MAN'S FLESHLY THINKING. TRUTH is only revealed 
when the BIBLE is allowed to interpret itself!

2) That everything the Lord created was formed in such a way as to 
illustrate spiritual principles and to reveal Himself to honest 
hearts with SPIRITUAL MINDS. Romans 1:19-20 say:

1:19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; 
for God hath shewed it unto them.
1:20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the 
world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are 
made, [even] his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are 
without excuse:

Everything created is spiritually symbolic and used in that manner 
in the scriptures. Every PLANT and ANIMAL; every part of the HUMAN 
BODY; every heavenly body (SUN, MOON, STARS, PLANETS, etc.); every 
type of ATOM and the various structures of all elements; all 
frequencies of LIGHT and SOUND; everything that God has created 
was formed to paint a picture of spiritual TRUTH (study for 
example Psalms 19). When we gain insight into the hidden things, 
we then realize every HISTORICAL account in the Bible (including 
the events described in Jesus' life) are there to symbolize and 
teach SPIRITUAL things. No wonder the Apostle Paul said the gospel 
"is hid to them that are lost (II Corinthians 4:3)." It is also no 
wonder that he instructed Timothy, a true PASTOR (shepherd), to 
STUDY THE SCRIPTURES (II Timothy 2:15), to give attention "to 
reading, to exhortation, to doctrine" (I Timothy 4:13). Notice I 
Timothy 4:16, 

4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in 
them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them 
that hear thee.

Many people think the BOOK OF REVELATION is the main symbolic text 
in the scriptures. However, the word Revelation is translated from 
a Greek word  which means "to uncover; to unveil; to REVEAL." The 
book is often called the Revelation of John, but the opening words 
of the text are "THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST." That means the 
BOOK OF REVELATION is intended to REVEAL Jesus (SPIRITUALLY) as 
the WORD (John 1). Since the entire BIBLE rightly divided is given 
for the same purpose, the BOOK OF REVELATION becomes the KEY to 
understanding the entire Bible. Sadly, most people destroy the 
meaning of the book by LITERALIZING it so the NATURAL (non-
spiritual) person can understand it. They try to give the WHOLE 
WORLD understanding rather than bringing TRUTH to HONEST HEARTS.
