NOESC

   NOESC is a program I wrote when, during file concatenation, I ran
   into a problem - the files were being cut short! On examination,
   the problem turned out to be the ESC characters, used by the writer
   of the doc. This quick little program strips them out.
   The correct syntax is

        NOESC <Textfile>

   Have fun - hope you find NOESC useful!
