These two tiny programs will force a VGA card into color or monochrome
(gray scale) display mode.  VGACOLOR is useful for some VGA cards, such as
the early Video-7 VRAM, that boot up in monochrome mode even on a color
display.  VGAMONO is useful if you want to see what a gray-scale display
will look like when running on a color display.
