1.20->1.21 Bug fix release 3/24/92
     1) Fix: tab stop gets messed up when there are no open file
             windows & View:Tabs menu is activated and also 
             Options:File Types is used for the first time ever. 
             Tab stop of 0 caused divide by zero program crash.
     2) Fix: can't launch a program that has a directory in its 
             path that has a '.' in it, for example 
             C:\LANMAN.DOS\PROG.EXE would not launch.
     3) Chg: saves view, edit and search list fonts separately in
             LI.INI so the default font can be different for each
             window type
     4) Chg: horizontal scroll bar added to search list window
     5) Chg: if the Edit:Edit menu choice or button is selected
             while viewing a file, the resultant edit window will
