WinBoot is a little utility that closes all active windows applications, exits Windows and re-boots the system. I use it to clean up the configuration at times when Windows Apps have not released all their memory or system resources. I noticed, on my computer at least, that simply restarting Windows was not enough. The second start of Windows (without rebooting) began with less memory than the first. Hence WinBoot to simplify the reboot process.
