File Layout - FREQLIST.DAT
                       
FREQLIST.DAT is a comma delimited ASCII file that can be imported into most
database programs.  Fields are set apart from one another by commas, with
text fields bracked in quotation marks.  

Below is the field information you'll need for your database program when
you're setting up your blank data base file.
