    Graphics are everywhere and we all love to use them. However, how many
times have you found a great .GIF and wished it were a .PCX to use with
PaintBrush. WordPerfect, CompuServe, PageMaker, Excel, Corel...the list goes
on and on, and all of the use different style graphics.
    With WinGIF, you can manipulate these graphic images and convert them to
various other styles. Current formats include: .BMP, .RLE, .PCX, and .GIF with
future versions supporting more image formats.
    WinGIF is quite easy to use and feature filled. Windows automatically
resize to the size of the graphic and a button bar provides a rich assortment
of utilities. Reduce the number of colors, flip it, turn it, mirror it, resize
it, and change the gray-scale format. All are simple to use and understand
thanks to the well written online documentation.
    A similar commercial product would cost over $99.00 but with the low price
of $15.00 WinGIF is worth the purchase. Updates should include more formats    
making it quite comparable to HiJakk for Windows which retails for $129.00. If
you don't plan on using graphics for various programs this viewer is still the
best one available on the shareware market. Simple to use, easy to understand, 
and works well.
