This is the new (version 3.0) WordUp Graphics Toolkit for Turbo C.
It is a graphics library designed for 320*200*256 VGA mode 13h.
Supports scrolling game worlds, sprites, FLI playing routines, image flipping,
warping, resizing, color palette fades, color cycling, region fill,
graphics primitives. 

Look for the Sprite Creator ( WGT_SPR3.ZIP )
         the Map Maker      ( WGTMAP10.ZIP )
     and the example files  ( WGT3_EX.ZIP  )
