To all radio amateurs

ARRL HQ regrets to report that Ron Henderson, VK1RH, President of
the Wireless Institute of Australia, became a silent key on April
26.  An active amateur operator and adminstrative leader, Ron's
untimely death was the result of cancer.  He attended the full term
of WARC-92 as a delegate from Australia and participated in the 1985
conference in Melbourne.  He was a strong supporter of amateur radio
and the ARRL.  The ARRL and IARU express their deepest sympathy to
Ron Henderson's family, the WIA and to his many friends around the
world.
